Link Selling 101: Start Building a Site

One of the most important things to consider when venturing into link selling is to have an enormous amount of content with full of high valued keywords and phrases that you can use in your link selling campaign. However, not all of us are endowed with the natural of creative writing that will entice readers not only to visit our site but also to make them regular readers of our content.

That is why I consider building an article site first so that after setting the site, you’ll have little problems of looking for contents since there’s a lot of them in the Internet. Below are three reasons why I value article sites and consider them as a good start for a link seller wannabe.

1. Articles are almost if not totally free. You can get them anywhere. There are thousands of article sites containing hundred thousands of articles which you can use for your sites. Just don’t forget to leave the author’s attribution and links and their articles. It’s all that they ask in return for providing you content with substance.
2. If you’re planning to set up an article site, there are various ways where you can get free content, delivered to your site automatically 24/7! You can use Article Marketer, Isnare, Article United, and many others which syndicate their contents to your sites.
3. There are Private Label Rights articles circulating in the Internet. If you don’t have any money to buy them, there are PLR sites which give them for free. You may also opt to buy PLR articles with reseller rights so you can sell it to others and recoup your investments. You can profit from it and at the same time, you’ll have tons of articles waiting to be posted in your website.

Forget about duplicate content! Many will argue with me about that, but in as much as I want to believe in that piece of prophecy, every time I see thousands of article sites containing the same sets of articles… but presented in various forms (through unique layouts, CSS, SEO, etc), that concept becomes a myth on my part.

Even authority sites have content syndicated verbatim from Wikipedia… and they still maintain their good reputation on the search engines. Like what I’ve said, it’s a matter of presenting your website professionally. Don’t look spammy, be professional instead. It’s a simple rule.
